Late Cancellation/No Show Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge of 50%–100% of the scheduled service.
All cancellations and missed appointments are reviewed for 24 hours before any fee is invoiced. If a fee is applied, it must be resolved prior to receiving future services.
