New Online Booking Requirement


Unfortunately, due to the number of no shows from online bookings with new clients, we now require a credit card for clients booking online for the first time.  We deliberated making this decision, but in the end decided it was for the best. Not just for our service providers but also for those clients who are requesting appointments but are unable to get in because spots are filled, only to have a no show.   Please review our no show/cancellation policy.  Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding this policy or the new requirement.   


Cancellation/No Show Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a no show/cancellation fee of up to 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Dream Salon and Spa CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointments are very important to Dream Salon and Spa, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget to  cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a no show/cancellation fee will apply. As a courtesy, we will EMAIL & TEXT message you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the no show/cancellation fee.
